Platform Speed & Strength

Our goal is to help build athleticism and movement in our athletes while focusing on our speed and strength development

Strength Training

Strength Training Groups (limited to 4 athletes)

Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 11am

Each group will be trained by Coach Dylan Donahue or Coach Eric Miccio. Each hour is limited to 4 athletes. Workout cards with specific goals, weights, and skills will be given on day 1.

Speed Training

Speed / Explosiveness Training

Saturdays - 9am

Each group will be trained by Coach Greg Ramsden or Coach Dylan Donahue. Our main focus is on quickness, explosiveness and movement training.

Open Gym

Gym open to Platform Lacrosse Academy Members

Monday - Friday - 12pm - 4pm
