Our goal is to help build athleticism and movement in our athletes while focusing on our speed and strength development
Each group will be trained by Coach Dylan Donahue or Coach Eric Miccio. Each hour is limited to 4 athletes. Workout cards with specific goals, weights, and skills will be given on day 1.
