How do I sign up for Weekly Training Sessions?

To sign up for any of our weekly training sessions, head over to our page on MindBodyOnline, our scheduling program. Once you are logged into MindBody Online select the “classes” tab to see all available classes and time. Select “Register” and choose your reservation type. You can make a register for a single class at a time or save by purchasing one of our multi-class membership. Download the MindBody App for easier scheduling.

How do I know what classes are being offered each week?

Weekly class schedules can be viewed on our page on MindBodyOnline. 

Where does training take place?

All training takes place at our facility located at 333 Pulaski St. Syracuse, NY.

How can I find our what the different classes entail?

You can find descriptions of each offered class on our “Weekly Training” page. You will also find descriptions of each offered class when you go to schedule on our MindBody page.

How do I sign up to be part of a team roster?

Our rosters for the Fall 2021 and Summer 2022 seasons are already filled. But you can still train with us year long through any of our Weekly Training Sessions or A1 Elite Yearly program.

Where can I find information about my teams practice/tournament schedules?

Head to our Teams page which can be reached from the main menu. Scroll down and select your team year to see scheduling information. Contact cody@platformlax.com with any unanswered questions.

Are classes open to boys and girls of all ages?

The majority of our classes are offered in varients for boys, girls, men and women. Our Boy’s and Girl’s classes are offered for any middle school athlete. Men’s and Women’s classes are for highschool, collegiate, and professional players.

Can my Elementary aged athlete participate?

We encourage it! At The Platform we are all about fundamental and detailed skill training and development. That’s why we created our Small Group Youth Academy to introduce/ focus on the key skills that every youth player needs to have in order to build confidence in their own game. Each training session is a 35 minute long fast paced and fun event. The training is split up into skill development and small sided games/competitions that help promote learning a skill.
